What this website keeps

Run By Numbers, LLC runs this website and the Run By Numbers app. Write to us at 1500 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Suite 207, PMB 756, Houston, TX 77077, or email privacy@runbynumbers.app.

When you click a Start button, we ask for your name, email, school or team, and what you coach. We also keep which button brought you to the form (for example, “home-hero”). That label names a button, never a person.

We use this to:

• see how many coaches are interested and which buttons they use
• see whether you went on to create an account in the app, by matching the email you gave here with the one you signed in with
• email you about getting started, and now and then about what’s new

Every email we send from this list has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe, we stop.

When you ask for the free chapter of Build, Don’t Borrow, we use your email to send you the link. We also keep your email as a contact, with a note that it came from the free chapter form.

After the chapter, we may send you the occasional email about Run By Numbers. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe, we stop.

The newsletter forms send your email straight to Substack, which runs the newsletter. Substack’s own privacy policy applies to that. This website doesn’t keep a copy.

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and it doesn’t set cookies. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

• Resend stores the start-form details and sends any emails.
• Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Substack runs the newsletter.

We keep start-form details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to answer the questions above.

Email privacy@runbynumbers.app to see what we have about you, correct it or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any of them.

The start form is for coaches. Athletes don’t need it: their coach invites them to the app.

If we change what this website collects, we’ll update this page and the date on it.
